CNC Bending Machine Operator

responsibilities:

1. set up cnc bending machines according to job specifications, including selecting appropriate tooling and programming parameters.
2. load materials onto the machine and ensure proper alignment for accurate bending.
3. operate cnc bending machines to bend metal components to precise angles and dimensions.
4. monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of finished products.
5. inspect finished parts for defects and perform necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
6. troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
7. follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and meet production targets.
9. document production activities, including machine settings, production quantities, and any issues encountered.
10. participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of cnc bending techniques and equipment.
