Drone pilot - Agri

Key Responsibilities:

Drone Operations Management:

Plan and coordinate drone spraying schedules across multiple farm locations.

Manage deployment and maintenance of drones, ensuring operational efficiency.

Monitor daily activities of drone pilots, providing guidance and troubleshooting support during operations.

Maintain inventory of drone equipment, accessories, and consumables.

Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of critical components (e.g. spare parts, pesticides, fuel, batteries).

Track the condition of drones, schedule regular maintenance, and manage repairs as needed.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with local aviation and agricultural regulations for drone operations.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments before and during operations.

Provide training and guidance to pilots and ground crew on safety and operational best practices.

Team Coordination:

Supervise and support the team of drone pilots and ground staff.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate skill development training.

Resolve operational challenges and disputes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Vendor & Client Relations:

Act as the point of contact for farmers and other clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing service-related issues.

Collaborate with pesticide vendors and other suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.

Salary: negotiable

Qualification: UG or PG degree -Agri / Drone
