roles & responsibility

planning of manpower and materials

co ordination with other agencies at site for smooth working

take care of site materials and maintaining relevant records

to attend day to day management and execution of site

monitoring the workers / contractors/ sub contractors

ensure over all project completion within time line.

to be reported at different sites

should take responsibilities of meeting the target set in the site meeting.

should report to the senior with all progress report, program chart, stock statement, inventory control etc.

should be having excellent knowledge of monthly billing as per the tendering
