position: field executive.

location: tonk.

overview: a survey and servicing as field executive is responsible for conducting surveys, collecting data, and ensuring services are provided to clients. They may visit locations, assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records. The role involves strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle customer queries on-site.

key responsibilities:

• field surveys: visit client locations to gather data and conduct surveys.
• on-site support: troubleshoot, repair, or maintain products and resolve issues.
• documentation: keep accurate records of surveys, services, and client feedback.
• customer interaction: address queries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• task management: plan and complete field tasks efficiently and on time.

qualifications:

•      educational background: any under-graduation.  experience level: fresher are welcome to apply.

working schedule:

•      working days: 6 days

•      additional hours: employees may need to work on sundays in case of emergencies; however, sunday work will be compensated with a day off the following week.

compensation:  

•      in-hand salary: ₹12,000 per month

•      benefit: after the salary, the company will cover the petrol expenses.
