Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the deployment and execution of smart metering activities across assigned locations.
Manage a team of technicians and ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, company protocols, and compliance with client requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-ground issues.
Liaise with clients, project management teams, and other stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.
Maintain documentation for daily work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
Train and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure productivity.
Survey, Installation and commissioning of smart meters at field using Workforce management Application.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma/ ITI in Electrical or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project supervision (preferably in metering, utility, or power sector).
Good knowledge of smart metering installation and configuration processes.
Proficient in MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in the field and travel to remote areas.
