appointment terms

§ designation – (apprentice/ojt training), approved by mhrd.

§ duration – 01 x 02 = 02 years.

§ 2 years contract.

trainee benefits

1.     8 hours work shift (rotational).

2.     continuous technical & behavioural trainings and assessments

3.     coverage under wci/accidental insurance, gmc during the duration of training.

4.     retention bonus of 20,000 (on completion).

eligibility criteria

1.     completed or pursuing iti with a minimum of 60% marks.

2.     18-22 years of age at the time of joining;

3.     successfully cleared video/virtual interview.

important information

§ candidates must carry originals of their 10th/, 12th and iti marksheet (all semesters), aadhar card, voter id card along with 2 copies of passport size photographs.

§ candidates should not come from undesirable/ blacklisted areas of the industry partner.
