job description:we are looking for a highly skilled field service engineer to join our aftermarket service team in delhi ncr. The ideal candidate should either have iti (diesel mechanic or electrician trade) or diploma in diesel mechanic, as well as skills in terms of computers. As a field service engineer, your area of ​​work will be to provide aftermarket services of silent diesel generators of tata motors rishabh in delhi ncr area.

job resposibility

1. To carry out regular maintenance and service of tata motors rishabh silent diesel generators at customer sites.

2.Diagnose generator related technical issues and provide timely resolution of problems.

3.Completing all service tasks as per company standards and guidelines.

4.To provide technical guidance and training to customers on operation and maintenance of generators.

5.Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used and repairs.

6.Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upgrading services or products.

requirements:

1. Iti in diesel mechanic or electrician trade, or diploma in diesel mechanic.

2.Skills in operating a computer and familiarity with software for service reporting and loss diagnosis.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Ability to work alone and as a team.

5.Strong problem solving skills and focused ability.

6.Prior experience in servicing diesel generators will be an advantage.
