Field Supervisor

job responsibilities:

• oversee and coordinate the deployment and execution of smart metering activities across assigned locations.
• manage a team of technicians and ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
• ensure adherence to safety standards, company protocols, and compliance with client requirements.
• conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-ground issues.
• liaise with clients, project management teams, and other stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.
• maintain documentation for daily work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
• train and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure productivity.
• survey, installation and commissioning of smart meters at field using workforce management application.

minimum qualifications:

• diploma/ iti in electrical or a related field.
• minimum 2-4 years of experience in project supervision (preferably in metering, utility, or power sector).
• good knowledge of smart metering installation and configuration processes.
• proficient in ms office tools for reporting and documentation.
