we are looking for a reliable moulding machine operator to operate, compression moulding machine.

key responsibilities:

• ensure all products meet specified quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
• follow all safety, 5s, and iso quality procedures on the shop floor.
• communicate effectively with maintenance and quality teams for issue resolution.

qualifications & skills:

• 10th,12, iti
• 0–1 years of experience operating compression moulding machine                                        
• ability to read machine settings and understand process parameters.
• physically fit to lift and handle molds or materials as required.
• willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
