key responsibilities
1. to conduct periodic service at the customer site.
2. to conduct breakdown analysis, maintain and rectify the cause of the failure.
3. discuss technical issues arising in our product at customer level with the principal technical team and suggest remedies for the same.
4. focus on spares revenue and discuss with customers for timely services.
5. responsible for maintaining minimum stock levels of spares at customer end.
6. keep track of minimum inventory of spares required for smooth functioning of the company (kkts).
7. handling commissioning and erection activity of the new machines supplied in the region.
8. travel to each customer in the territory as per set frequency depending upon potential and severity of the situation.
skill set required:
1. microsoft office (must have)
2. driving (own 2w) (must have)
3. open to travel
education:
iti / diploma in mech. Engineering or electrical engineering
experience:
2-3 years in handling electro-mechanical devices
experience in service of screw air compressors will be preferred.
