position: field service technician

location :hisar

salary: ₹12,000/month + travel allowance+ incentive

qualification: 12th/iti (or equivalent), own bike and smartphone mandatory

responsibilities:

installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment as per customer requirements.

provide on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support.

ensure equipment is functioning properly and provide preventive maintenance as required.

travel to various customer locations as needed for service calls.

maintain clear and accurate reporting of tasks completed, service requests, and issues encountered.

provide excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction with timely service.

collaborate with the team and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

adhere to safety guidelines and company policies during fieldwork.

required skills:

strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely service to all customers.

ability to work independently and travel as required.

basic knowledge of tools and equipment used for installations and repairs.
