Quality Control and Inspector

primary responsibilities:

 visual inspection/ sorting of machining parts as per the wi/sop.

 dimensional/ gauging / visual inspection as per the wi and quality plan.

 familiar with the instruments like- vernier caliper, height gauge, micrometer, dial gauge.

 to work at customer’s manufacturing plant at incoming/ in-process/ pdi for 8 hours’ rotational shift 6 days working.  reporting of daily activities to the quality engineer/ customer and on the communication board.  proper identification of parts as ok/ nok/ rework, recording on check sheet.

 real time communication/ escalation of any deviation to the existing process/ products to the project leader and recording it in the record book.

 adhere to the qaca discipline, standards, uniform, ppe’s and the site specific mandatory regulations.
