we are seeking an experienced professional to lead a field team engaged in smart meter installation and operations & maintenance (o&m) tasks.
key responsibilities:
- lead and supervise a team of smart meter installers and o&m technicians
- manage daily installation schedules and ensure timely execution
- provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
- ensure adherence to electrical safety norms and quality standards
- coordinate with internal teams, clients, and utility representatives
- maintain accurate documentation and reporting of field activities
desired candidate profile:
- experience in smart meter installation or power distribution projects
- prior leadership experience in field operations
- sound knowledge of metering systems, electrical safety, and distribution networks
- strong team management and communication skills
