Technical Recruiter

job summary: 

we are looking for a dedicated technical recruiter to, screen, and hire diploma-certified candidates for various technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, especially for blue/grey-collar and skilled trade positions. 

key responsibilities: 

· identify, source, and engage with polytechnic diploma-certified candidates for technical roles. 

· conduct preliminary screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate skills. 

· coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate specifications. 

· maintain and update a database of qualified polytechnic diploma candidates. 

· build and maintain strong relationships with diploma institutes. 

· ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 

required skills & qualifications: 

· diploma in mechanical engineering. 

· 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for technical or skilled workforce hiring. 

· strong networking skills and ability to build industry relationships. 

· excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

· understanding of technical job requirements and workforce trends. 

· ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings efficiently. 

preferred qualifications: 

· experience in recruiting for manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors. 

· knowledge of compliance related to blue/grey-collar hiring.
