Quality Control Executive

job description-

we are looking candidates for our manufacturing unit.

job location -kundil, sonipat haryana location

1) inspecting raw material, production process & final production output to evaluate quality. Move through out the manufacturing area & inspect product at the machine level to ensure the quality and identify defects if any their & then.

2) ensure that production supervisors follows the set process and adhere to product quality standard formats/parameters and motivate/ train them to follow procedures.

3) maintain/ update / revise quality control process/formats with management consent.

4) repair & maintenance of quality testing equipment's

5) raise quality complaint and reject the material if not qc ok

6) report of negative test result to senior management.

7) provide feedback/interpretation & root cause analysis to senior management

8) ensure proper storage of r/m and product in specific location

9) ensure fifo method is implemented in storage and production process.

skills required

1) good reading & writing in hindi & english

2) good in mathematics

3) good in excel software

4) good verbal and communication skill

5) should be able to multitask and work in a pace working environment"
