ITI Khekra Signed MOU with ShramIN Jobs for placement support :

Every year, India deals with severe unemployment problem. This year our unemployment rate has increased to 8%. In contrast, it is still difficult for employers or recruiters to find trained workforce for their company. Specifically, if we talk about the Indian skilled labour force, there is a fictitious lack of knowledge and information regarding job availability in the market and the suitable resources available for small, medium and large enterprises. One major reason is the absence of any dedicated job portal that can mediate between recruiters and  skilled workforce. Hence, ShramIN is making a conscious effort to solve the issue by providing easy to use online platform for ITI and Diploma candidates that efficiently provides an array of the latest and top job information available in the country. It concurrently provides a hassle-free hiring experience for employers who face difficulty in finding the best talent in the same sector. It is one of the best portals in India to provide placement support and career guidance to ITI and Diploma students of vocational training institutes.

In order to advance the impact, on 1st December’22, ShramIN signed an MOU with ITI Khekra, located at Bhaghpat, U.P. – to offer complete placement support and career guidance to ITI students. The MOU was signed by ITI Khekra principal, Mr Neeraj Kumar and ShramIN Jobs’ Growth Manager, Ahmad Talah within the first few meetings. Through this partnership ShramIN will help the institute in discovering career opportunities for its skilled students, connect with reputable enterprises and will help in setting up interviews with employers and recruiters. Concurrently, it will offer career counselling to the students through ShramIN Shala videos and seminars. It assures to put ITI Khekra as a priority in executing all the required actions to overcome the dearth of unemployability. For instance, ShramIN can play as a medium to conduct walk-in interviews in a “Rozgaar Mela”. This is just an instance, there can be many other possibilities that can happen during the entire process. This partnership can be a way to pave a bright pathway for ITI and its students.
